Hyperhidrosis is a condition of excessive sweating. This is a medical condition caused by an overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system of the sweat glands. The only effective medical treatment for severe hyperhidrosis is a surgical procedure called Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy or, ETS.
